Michael S. Mersky
A member of The Florida Bar since 1987, Mr. Mersky is a general practitioner and commercial litigator with extensive experience in marital and family law and civil litigation.
Mr. Mersky attended New York’s High School of Music and Art and received his high school diploma from Miami Killian Senior High School. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Florida College of Journalism and communications and a 1986 graduate of the University of Florida Law School.
While in law school, Mr. Mersky worked in music copyright infringement and enforcement for Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI). As a adjunct at Palm Beach State College, Mr. Mersky has been an author of and lead instructor for the State of Florida Recovery Agent Licensing Program. He has taught in several paralegal certification programs and is a lecturer on various legal topics for National Business Institute (NBI). Mr. Mersky serves an arbitrator for the State of Florida Lemon Law program.
